Going forward is easy thanks to Microshift’s wide-ranging 10-speed transmission, which changes gears precisely and easily with the touch of a finger.
Reliable braking maneuvers and speed control in any weather enable powerful hydraulic disc brakes. And the wide, non-slip Schwalbe Smart Sam tires in combination with the individually adjustable Suntour Raidon air suspension fork with its 70 mm spring travel give the bike plenty of traction, control, and riding comfort, specially tailored to young riders.

At CUBE, we’re no slouch when we design our products, which is why the Reaction 240 TM frame is built with the same heat-treated 6061 aluminum tubing as our performance adult models. And we’ve adjusted their shape for the optimal stiffness-to-weight ratio using the same mechanical molding process.
Another highlight is the replaceable derailleur hanger, which means that you don’t have to have the whole frame repaired at great expense after a small fall. And if you want even more grip, comfort, and safety, you can also equip the chassis with wider tires.
